Premier Grass product warranty is valid for a period up to 10 years from the date of purchase against decolouration, including ultra violet degradation and excessive fading. (Excluding Premier Tanami Range)
Premier Grass will repair or replace, as it deems necessary, those materials which exhibit such defects resulting from ultra-violet degradation and excessive fading.
Premier Grass does not warrant against normal wear and tear, or matting. Cleaning and grooming maintenance is the responsibility of the consumer. Premier Grass also does not warrant damage caused by animals, improper use, neglect, lack of maintenance, vandalism, floods, change in the water table, animal waste, magnified UV rays or other acts of mother- nature.
Clearance items may have creases on them. To get rid of them simply place the grass unfolded on a flat surface under the sun for sometime and overtime lines may settle down. Clearance products are nonrefundable.
THIS WARRANTY specifically does not obligate Premier Synthetic Grass in Brisbane in any way regarding material applied or labour performed. Installation and/or labour warranties are exclusively between the consumer and the installation company. This warranty must be presented with a dated installation contract to verify lifespan.
Please note, delivery fees are not covered by warranty. Warranty applies to the manufacturing fault of the product only. The buyer will be responsible for all freight/delivery charges if replacement of the faulty product is required.
Customers who request us to courier their items must allow enough time frame for their delivery. Delivery time will be an approximate guild only. We are happy for you to organise your own courier company and they can collect it from our warehouse. Premier Synthetic Grass in Sydney will take no responsibility for late deliveries.
To get the cover for your product you must register online for the warranty within 10 business days of the purchase date on the invoice.
Returns – If you have made the wrong decision or taken the grass away, and change your mind, you must contact us within 24 hours. We will not refund for the products more than 24hrs since purchase or product has been used. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for returned goods.
