Replacing your lawn
If you have an existing lawn and need to replace with synthetic grass then below points will be really important to remember
You may need to use a spade, hoe or turf cutter to remove the existing grass.
If it is a hard surface, it’s recommended to soak the area previous night to loosen the soil.
It is important to remove the lawn as well as its roots. If you do not remove the roots completely, then long term you will see uneven patches on your synthetic grass surface.
Once you remove all the dirt and lawn then you can level prior to fill the area with 10mm crush rock
We recommend to fill approximately 50-60% high with 10mm crush rock then compact before you fill with crusher dust. Total area should be 80mm to 100mm filled with crush rock and dust to give proper drainage
